I was working late one night in 1987 at the children's psychiatric hospital as a security guard. It was around midnight and there was no movement in the facility. I was just about to sit and have a cup of coffee when I looked up to see a man. I think the windows were fogged from the cold outside and the heat inside. I rose to see if I could be of assistance to the man. When I reached the doors to the parking area there was no man or sounds of him running or walking away.

I might have been sleepy but I know what I saw. That's not the last time this kind of thing happened when I worked there. About a month later I was approached by a doctor arriving for his shift with a report of a strange man hanging around the adjoining stairway, when I checked there was no man or sounds except a few cars passing on the adjoining road. To this day, I get the shudders thinking about the man I saw was he real or was someone playing with us.
