If you are experience what you think may be paranormal activity and are serious about an investigation, please use the form below to contact us. We will respond to you as soon as possible. Also, understand that we do not travel more than 100 miles from Nashville. If you are outside our area, you are still able to send us your information and we will point you to another reputable group in your area.

The questions being asked here are very basic and we will need more information before making any decisions. Someone will contact you by phone or e-mail for a more detailed interview. You might want to read our "What to Expect" page which details some specifics of our investigation practices. All information you submit using this form will be kept in the strictest confidence. It will not be shared with anyone outside our group.
